Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Highwill Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and the members regarding the use of the AI Document Correction System 'Dadmi' (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the AI-based document proofreading, editing, and styling provided through the Dadmi website and programs.

2. "Member" means a person who enters into a contract with the Company and is granted access to the Service.

3. "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member and approved by the Company for identification.

4. "Paid Service" means AI correction functions and related services that Members can use after paying a certain fee.

Article 3 (Validity and Changes)

1. These terms take effect when posted on the Company's website or announced to Members by other means.

2. The Company may amend these terms within the scope of relevant laws if deemed necessary.

Article 11 (Payment and Refund Policy)

1. Members can use the Paid Service according to the methods announced by the Company, and the usage fees follow the pre-announced standards.

2. The AI correction service is considered digital content, and withdrawal of offer is limited once the correction results are provided.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

1. AI correction results are provided as auxiliary tools and do not guarantee legal accuracy or the absolute completeness of a publication.

Privacy Policy (Consent for Collection and Use)


Article 1 (General Provisions)

Highwill Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company") is committed to protecting the personal information of members in accordance with relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act. This policy informs you about how we collect and use your data for the 'Dadmi' service.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
  • Registration: ID, Password, Email address
  • Automatic Collection: IP address, Browser type, Usage history, Payment info
Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use)
  • Identification and verification for membership
  • Provision of AI correction analysis and results
  • Payment, refund, settlement, and tax reporting
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period)

In principle, data is destroyed immediately after the purpose is achieved. However, the following information is retained for specified periods:

  • Membership Info: Until account withdrawal
  • Payment Records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • Access Logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)

The Company entrusts payment processing to PG companies (e.g., KG Inicis, NicePay) and supervises them to ensure compliance with privacy laws.
